Non-Employees play a huge role in SAIC's success and it is important to make sure they are equipped with the information that they need to be successful. All SAIC systems require special access. To request access, contact your SAIC point of contact. As a partner, once you are provisioned an account, there may be topics that you need further assistance or clarification on. Please see below videos, quick reference cards (QRC's) and other documents to help you.

First-Time Users

As a first-time user, you will need to complete the following steps to gain access to SAIC systems. This is a one-time event.

Step 1
Complete Identity Proofing (IDP) or US Person Verification (USPV+)

Your sponsor will determine which of the following processes you will need to follow.

Identity Proofing (IDP)
IDP – Experian Method
IDP – Webcam Method
US Person Verification (USPV+)
Step 2
Activate your Account & Enroll in Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

Returning Users

Returning users that are having problems accessing the SAIC systems, or need additional support see the below resources.

Users with existing accounts will need to complete Identity Proofing (IDP) or US Person Verification (USPV+) to continue to retain access to SAIC systems. This is a one-time event.

How to Access SAIC Systems using MFA

Passwords

Creating a password? Follow these rules

  • Must be 12 characters or greater
  • Contain at least 3 of the following:
    1. lowercase alphabetic (a-z)
    2. UPPERCASE alphabetic (A-Z)
    3. numeric (0-9)
    4. special - (i.e., ` ~ ! _ # $ ^ * () , etc.)
  • Must not be a variation of your name or username
  • Must be different than any of your last 24 passwords
  • Must not contain spaces
